Enter the OpenSuse 42.3 installation media in the CD / DVD drive and restart your computer. After the first screen appears, select Installation to proceed to the next stage.

proceed to the next stage.
Click Next to proceed to the next stage.
Select your time, adjust to your server location. Click Next to proceed to the next stage.
Select Server (Text Mode) if you use OpenSuse as a server, if you want to make 
the desktop just choose Desktop with KDE Plasma. 
Select Next to continue the installation phase.
By default OpenSuse disables the root account to log in. Therefore you are 
asked to create a local user to log in to OpenSuse.
This is an overview of installation settings. It's okay to be left by default, but 
it's better to change the software selection to suit your needs. Instantly click 
install to proceed to the next stage.
Start OpenSuse and Login that is displayed as follows. Login as the user you 
added during the installation.
